YMCA Courses

Our partnership with the YMCA offers fitness classes and limited access to the Y!

A Note About YMCA Classes

Attending an NKA class at the Y offers so much more. Participate in the class and you can stay in the facility for the rest of the day — a savings of $13.25! The Y is a veritable playground with so many different ways to care for your body, mind, and spirit. Bring a lock, a towel, a change of clothes, and feel free to use the locker room when you’re finished. The Downtown, West, and Caldwell YMCAs have spas, steam rooms, and saunas for your relaxation.

Please sign up for YMCA classes only if you plan to attend. The Y is a valued partner and offers NKA classes as a service to the community, but that effort is wasted when NKA members don’t show up as expected. Please help NKA be a good steward of our community resources.
